#Gun sends a video message to his cousin Song Mino on 'No Mercy'


"During their meeting #Gun said, "I hope it has a feeling like 'Empty'" to which the other trainees replied, "Are you promoting your cousin?"  #Gun then sent a letter to Song Mino saying, "Hyung, are you doing well?  I thought we'd at least be doing an interview together but looks like you're very busy"

[+155, -8]  No matter how I look at it, I feel like they did copy WIN and Mix & Match... but the difference is with the company's significance.  Whenever a WIN episode finished, an article would be on the main page and full of thousands of comments.  The last episode had at least 20k+ up-votes and I heard the ratings for that episode were really high.  As for this, there's a difference in the trainee's star quality and their seniors.  I heard their senior is Boyfriend?  The reality is people are more interested in the top idol group Big Bang's new juniors than Boyfriend's new juniors... Winner and iKON are already attending overseas fan meetings and Winner succeeded right after they debuted.  They've already sold out one of the largest venues in our country too.  There's no artist in Starship who can sell out and fill the Olympic Stadium...

    Tbh i hate how that survival show works... They should beat each other when at the end they should be a group? Heol. You cant make a good group who wants to beat each other. Tbh. They'd end up like ZE:A. Honestly saying.

    I'm glad Mino actually ends up in Winner. Sure he was supposed to be in Block B but Zico is there so he might not get the total spotlight. While bom was just... not right for his talent :))
    Mino being Winner's Mino is the best thing had ever happened to him ♥

    So many ppl have been saying this but ppl just wrote the majority of them off as haters. When a lot of these smaller companies are looking at the bigger ones, taking their style and trying to apply it to their company but it just doesn't work. They should be fine if given the right music and pushed properly.

    Yes Starship is pretty much trying hard to prove they as great as YG it's very blatant, but out of pity I give them brownie points only because of Mino's cousin.

    yeah, and I hope Hoon get well soon, he cant attend WWIC in Beijing because of health problem. I'm worried :(( Even when he fell out of the stage in YGfam concert, he still tried and went to Sketch book days later, I don't know how serious this health problem is that he have to skip the fan meeting :((

    The show's set up is actually fairly different. I thought they seemed similar until I watched a few episodes. The similarities they do have are more just b/c it is a Mnet survival show so the editing and interview format is similar to other Mnet survival shows. I would agree though that all of the judges and guest judges don't equally have the same level of popularity as those that were judges in YG survival shows and that is what is most likely contrasting in difference in viewership. In reminds me more of kpopstar tbh.

    I also dislike the judges... not in their music but just the way they judge... I don't know but they didnt look professional to me...
