ReplyDeleteTHIS! People seem to fking underestimate 2NE1 and why they're amongst the top. Like Why? We have receipts. Compared to their bias, 2NE1 has like triple/quadruple chart topping hits.
First Mini Album - MEGA HIT; ALL OF THEIR SONGS were hits.
To Anyone - All Hits sans I'm busy and Love is Ouch
2nd Mini album - All MEGA HITS.
Crush - Dominated the charts like c'mon. CL's MTBD, If i were you, Crush, Comeback Home, Gotta be You; the rest charted for as long as a few weeks, outstanding really.
Digital singles - now some may argue that some flopped, but seriously? flopped like what, reaching top 5? They were all hits.
And the longevity on the charts are real.

I'm sorry to break this to all the haters out there but 2NE1 have more hits than SNSD & Wonder Girls.
Treating 2NE1 like shit just cuz of a member's scandal. They suddenly forgot 2NE1's contribution to the music industry. They turn the game around in 2009 when they debuted with a fierce image. Their debut single 'FIRE' became a phenomenon in Asia.

From Lollipop to Fire, Don't Care, Go Away, Clap Your Hands, Follow Me, Can't Nobody, It Hurts, Bom's solos, I Am The Best, Lonely, Ugly, I Love You, Falling in Love, Missing You, and the songs from Crush that everybody was jamming to it MTBD, Crush, Come Back Home, Gotta Be You and It I Were You. The other songs also charted for weeks. I would argue that 2ne1 has more hits than most people, with a LOT less work. That alone, my friend, is legendary, especially for a Female Group in a male dominated industry. So this Foursome shall be included in a possible ToToGa because without them, it wouldn't make sense, now would it? Okay. Bye.
