    Some of us really just listen to YG music and not Kpop. In my case, I only listen to YG's music when it comes to Korean music because other times, I would of course listen to English songs (that being the language I understand, lol) When it comes to other korean songs, I just check them in passing, if at all.

    YGE honestly seems like a cool place. I have interned and worked for several big companies, and you know its a good place to be around when you see workers who are proud of their company's "culture". Despite having a talent to get paid 2-3more in other companies, some people just stay there for years for that culture and pride. Knowing how most of old artists are still under YGE, and hearing so many things from Tablo and other actors, seeing how managers stick to them for yearssss, I really would like to believe its ome of those cool places.

    For me, i listen to other groups too but i will always comeback to yg's music.

    P/S: You know, if this article is translate in NB or KPKF, fans from other agency will be pressed and salty as fuck! They will mentioned unrelated things in that article. LMAO. YG haters living a low life. XD

    I suggest u to listen other unmain stream songs such as the ones come from WA Entertainment, Clazziquai Project, and Lim Kim .

    Actually, besides all those big3 and other companies producing idols, Korea has a good sample of excellent music varieties from jazz to electro music ^^

    Honestly, I work in Qatar but I don't get embarrassed blasting YG Family's music in my car while driving (and I could say I'm a hardcore YG Stan; I was Dara's fan way back when she was an actress in our country, through her I've grown to love 2ne1, then Big Bang [Go Tabi!!!!] then Epik High, Lee Hi, Psy, Gummy, Se7en, even 1TYM, Jinusean, then Akdong Musician, Team B now known as IKON and WINNER) ...in our office I'd play YG Family's songs and even if no one really understands the lyrics they appreciate the beat and would bob their heads along with the music...

    I tried listening to other KPOP artists outside of YG (so far its only JYJ that I got attached to) but personally, and I do emphasize the PERSONALLY, there's no impact...



    it's 2015 now, yet when I listen to BB's Lies it still gets me emotional, Fantastic Baby is my alarm tune and i feel empowered listening to 2ne1's music, Epik High and Akdong Musician's healing music and dancing along or chilling with Ikon and Winner & Lee Hi's music...

    Lol who knows xD Every articles about yg artists will get a lot of clicks right? But yeah, IF this article get translated, I know the comment section will be mess.

    I know nb is yg anti though lol. She didn't even translate articles about 2ne1's Crush success but we get an article about Park Bom waving at airport.
    And she ignore requests about winner with a lot of upvotes just to translate an article from pann about taehyun's so called "controversy"

    Well, that doesn't surprise me. YGE conections is on another level. It is nice to hear other people (who are not related to YGE or Korea) talk about how good they are. It gives me a sense of pride.

    There's this famous phrase among the young people in my country:
    "VIETNAMESE GUYS - HATE KPOP, LOVE BIGBANG"

    It's true to a large extent tho. I have many guy friends who dont even know a shit about KPOP but Bigbang songs are on their playlists. There are many US-UK music lovers who look down upon KPOP but actually like BB's music and YG's as well.

    Is it weird that I'm proud of this fact haha

    Omg it seems like that phrase suit my brother lol. He hate kpop (he more to anime and jpop) but he listen to bigbang. He looooove good boy like, for real! (I showed him the live performances and he start jamming to that song) And he said Top is handsome because he watched the fantastic baby's mv lol

Lol she is the one who made it seems like its a big deal when in sk people don't even care. Not to mention the users there who believe everything that she posted. -.-

    I pray that pannchoa will always stay peaceful though. I find it cute when users there are spazzing about their faves without haters trying to start shit.

    True, and i completely understand that music is subjective. However I side eye a little when I hear people saying that yg music isn't real kpop because it's "westernized" as to why they prefer the bubbly cookie cutter kind of songs you hear on sm and jyp. Like, are u deaf people

    Yaaas this is so me!! My friends who don't even have a clue abt kpop know GD, Bigbang, and covered their songs (to English). Their trainees' music is not a joke as well. I was walking around Hongdae and Myeongdong in Korea and I heard the stores blasting B.I's and Bobby's songs from SMTM 3 :") I felt soooo proud!!

    Hope you realize that it's not the same ten netizens commenting every time and that depending on the title the articles typically attract haters/fans differently. It's true that the comments are positive because it's Will Smith; it's going to attract people who are neutral or don't really care otherwise to click the article and upvote. An article that just says YG on the title is likely to attract only people who have an opinion, be it negative or positive (in most cases the negative people get there first and the fans don't care enpugh to fight them); thus resulting in what you called "hating this company to death". The general opinion on YG is positive, it's just that the commenters rarely reflect the general opinion.

    You're absolutely correct. I had classmates who are averse to kpop like its a plague but these guys had no problem admitting to liking Gdragon, Top, and Bigbang in general. I can't relate to other non-yg kpop fans, i just can't, unless its a scandal we're talking about. Maybe when i was younger and naive when my taste was undeveloped, but now its totally different.

    Netizens are random people like you and me. Both of us are "not the same people". Every time there's an article, it will be different ppl commenting. Naver blog has comments from a large public and nate site's comments are more from fanclubs hence why there are more YG's haters are there, because mostly teens are on that site.
