"Fan's interpretation of the meaning behind the background visuals of iKON's 'Long Time No See' stage:
First of all, I didn't notice to what extent the background visuals actually meant when I first watched it live.
There's a storm and on the sides you can see torn down buildings and in the middle, there's an unknown road or bridge.
Seems like this road is about their path to debut. One risky bridge in a desolate background signifies their uncertain future as a trainee.
I would say this background represents the time of WIN or the beginning of their trainee days.
It changes to light shining against a dark background. The light represents iKON's fans and the darkness is their difficult days as trainees.
Slowly, a huge ray of sunlight starts to enter.
This is the background it changes to. Not everything can be seen but it gives off the feeling of a sun shining from above. This part seems to talk about a way out from their exhausting days as trainees and a path to begin their debut... the Who Is Next Final battle.
The light disappears and it violently breaks. It seems like it's talking about when they lost the final battle. As you can see in the background, there's a hexagon which might be signifying the six members of Team B.
Then the background comes back to this and it might be representing the start of Mix & Match. A new start? A New path? A new survival starts.
These are the same lights from before except that the lights have multiplied. Doesn't that represent the fact that their fans who support them have also grown?
And again the sun shining but doesn't it seem a little bit brighter this time? I feel like this represents them being even that much closer to their debut.

[8] "They've really gone through a lot since then. Now all they have to do is debut!"
[9] "Heol. I was actually there in the audience for their performance and I watched it so many times on Youtube but I only found out about this now."
[10] "I originally thought it was just another interpretation but because of the part where the glass breaks, I feel like that's truly what they meant by it. Wish they would debut already."
