Let's be honest now, he's a very mediocre rapper. His talent was always on dancing and choreography.
I was not impressed with Hoonie's rap at all during WIN but he had improved tremendously for WINNER's debut & his charisma on stage is no joke so yeah of course Hoonie cant be ignored :)
