Ikr. It's very odd. It's like telling people what school you went to random strangers.
Bcuz not like in other countries, the fandom culture of Korean is very strict and unique. When it comes to choosing a band to be a fan they take it very serious so they dont usually follow more than one fandom ( to fully support their fav band ). The fandom name with them is something very important, like the name of a big clan you re in so its easy to understand why people from other fandoms always start their comment with the phrase "I'm (...) but.." :))
